Hi Bob,
You can actually generate a list of guides by flag type—so flags can be very useful. You also have the ability to create custom flags.
To generate a list of guides by flag type you will use the following URL (you'll need to replace ''yoursite'' with your actual site name):
http://yoursite.dozuki.com/Contribute?flagFilter=Private
-At the end of the URL you'll notice that it says flagFilter=Private, Private is the flag ID. You can replace the Private flag ID with any of the Flag ID's listed on the [[Info:flags|flags wiki page|new_window=true].
+At the end of the URL you'll notice that it says flagFilter=Private, Private is the flag ID. You can replace the Private flag ID with any of the Flag ID's listed on the [Info:flags|flags wiki page|new_window=true].
For example, if I wanted to generate a list of guides with the flag ''In Progress'', I would add the ''In Progress'' flag ID to the end of the URL.
http://yoursite.dozuki.com/Contribute?flagFilter=GUIDE_IN_PROGRESS
Guide flags can be customized and new flags can be created. You can view your current flags on your site at:
http://yoursite.dozuki.com/Info/flags
Another option is to tag your guides. You can tag guides and generate a [[Help:Advanced Wiki Formatting#Section_Dynamic_Lists|dynamic guidelist|new_window=true]]] on a wiki or category page.
In an example we created we tagged all of our work instruction guides with the tag name ''WI''. Then we created a wiki page and pulled in all guides with the tag name ''WI''. We did this for the parts and tools used in the work instructions as well. We tagged our Item pages with the tag name ''Tools'' and pulled in all item pages with the tag name ''Tools''. Take a look at this example on our demo site [http://gunnerautomotive.dozuki.com/Wiki/All_Work_Instructions|Gunner Motors|new_window=true].
A category, wiki, item, and guide page can all have tags added to them. You can add as many tags as you'd like too—so you can generate as many guide lists or wiki lists as you need.
