How does the free trial work?
Once your account representative has set up your site, you will have a 30 day Dozuki trial, completely free of charge. You won't be charged a cent if you cancel prior to the end of the free 30—day trial. After that, your plan will be billed once a month. It's easy to stop—or start—at any time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We like keeping things simple, so all of our plans are month to month. Cancel at any time—we don't believe in long term obligations. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
What do I need to install?
Nothing! Dozuki is a hosted service, so you don't have to install anything. We host it on our servers and take care of security and software updates. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on what you do best—making your customers awesome.
What web browsers work with Dozuki?
We support the three most recent versions of every major browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer (8, 9, and 10) with partial support for IE7.
