Hi,
I have been trying to customize the CSS for PDF generation so that I can change the look and feel of the document. I am mainly interested in adding our logo on the cover page. I would also be interested in adding/modifying bits of the headers & footers (not just CSS).
Are there any examples around showing how to change the CSS for PDF generation? I have found this http://www.dozuki.com/Answers/View/61816/Are+there+sample+XSLT+sheets+for+transforming+my+guide+XML but it looks as though the information is no longer relevant.
I am struggling to understand the relation between the extra CSS & HTML that we can add for our online guides, and the generated PDF
Any help with this would be appreciated.
