It seems that the only way to list a guide so that it looks cool is by assigning a tag to a guide.
This leads to assigning a single tag to a single guides at times, just to basically do a fancy link instead of a plain URL. That's unnecessarily complicated and time consuming.
You do this, too - using the 'tag' field to more or less duplicate the 'title' - in the very article on tags even.

I submit that either
1, there could be an option/switch to automatically display any link to a guide in the same site as if it was a guidelist listed guide.
2, make it possible to use guide id in a guidelist

This would lead to overall more flexibility in designing flows through guides, and less clicking for authors.
