Hi Michael,

We do support adding icons at the bullet level within a step. Rather than using a bullet you can choose from 1 of 3 bullet icons.

Check out [guide|6434|our documentation] for more detailed information. You can even replace the stock bullet icons with [http://fontawesome.io/icons/|Font Awesome] Icons using [[Custom CSS#Section_Change_Bullet_Icon|custom CSS]].
