I would recommend that the control should be an optional toggle for the wiki admin to control. I agree, some work environments do want the user to "watch and move on" and exert strict content controls; some are less restrictive, and sometimes, suggested content could be helpful. Hopefully, the wiki authors would recommend other helpful subjects rather than letting an external content aggerator like YouTube do it.
