Adding Videos

Using the [Video] Element

Including videos in your Dozuki manual is pretty straightforward. Simply, copy this text into the Introduction section of your guide, replace the video link and then choose your size and alignment options:

[video|<link to video>|size={small,large}|align={left,right,center}]

Here is an example video link from Youtube:

Here is that same Youtube link in the correct format:

[video|http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRSvswPGlgc|size=large|align=center]

Where you can use Videos

You can use videos in multiple areas on Dozuki:

  • Guide Introductions
  • Category Pages
  • Wiki Pages
  • Item Pages
  • Answers (like this one)

To learn more about using the [video] wiki element look at the wiki formatting help docs.
