Transfer Ownership of ITEMs/ Guides... (Also, default API ownership).

When I create new items through the API, they get owned by the Dozuki System by default.

This is troublesome once we want to use API more extensively as it completely destroys the whole idea of ownership of items and guides. Everything would now be owned by Dozuki, no matter who accessed the API.

Any way to adjust that?

Is it possible to transfer ownership of guides/items etc?

Update: I do see how to change guide ownership ('Author') , but I don't see it for ITEMS.

As of right now, we do not offer the ability to transfer ownership of a wiki (this includes ITEMS).

However, as a quick workaround, you can use your system API credentials to impersonate any user on the site. This would allow you to create the ITEM page and have a specific user (other than the system account) be the author of that ITEM page.
