How to create a guide for troubleshooting?

Here is what we have currently (image) and would like to understand how to write this in Dozuki adding step by step pictures for troubleshooting.

I am able to create replacement guides for "Remedy" but would like a process for "Diagnose" the issue with

Symptom - A Possible causes: 1, 2, 3 Remedy - x, y, z

Sure, you can do troubleshooting documents like this. iFixit has extensive troubleshooting pages like this one for the iPhone that should give you an idea of the formatting.
