      • MSDS (Now, SDS)

      • Lockout-Tagout

      • Exits

    • Fire extinguishers, exits and other emergency equipment are clearly marked and functional.

    • Basic job skills and training have been done.

      • Safety and quality pointers are posted and understood.

    • Unsafe conditions are promptly resolved.

      • Especially any place where injury could occur.

    • Roles are identified for keeping the area clean and orderly.

    • Standard tasks related to cleaning and organizing are defined.

    • The standardization is accomplished without any paperwork.

    • Posted Standard Work is being followed.

    • Standard Cleaning and work procedures area being followed.

    • Documents and instructions are current.

    • Standard information boards are being used and have current, relevant information.

    • Work area is clean, neat and orderly with no serious unsafe conditions observed.
