Introduction

Getting Started

So you crashed your Parkzone P47 Thunderbolt, that's a bummer. It happens to the best of us. Not to worry though, Horizon Hobby sells replacement parts for all of their products. You can order a new set of wings for about $35. Installing the new wing is super easy. You will just need about 20 minutes and a few tools and supplies.

Install the aileron servo wires. You will need to place the wires in the groove. You may need to widen the opening where the wire inserts into the fuselage.

Place a few drops of CA in aileron servo housing on the bottom of the wing. Note: You don't need much glue. A few drops will do. If you add too much it will be difficult to remove the servo if you ever have to replace the wing. Note: You don't need much glue. A few drops will do. Place the aileron servo wire tape over the groove and wire. Use 2 fingers to smooth out any air bubbles in the tape. It is best to install the tape prior to hooking up the aileron servo pushrods.
