Hello fellow Dozuki users. Thanks for checking out my profile. I am an entrepreneur by heart and enjoy the feeling of contributing to an unestablished organization.
My day to day activities require me to speak with some awesome companies and individuals. The opportunity to research and speak with such a wide array of organizations is exciting and inspiring. Just about every entrepreneur I talk with has a unique and motivating story to tell.

While most of my co-workers are products of the great "learn by doing" institution known as Cal Poly, I offer some educational diversity to our workplace. I completed my undergraduate degree at Duke University in 2006. In 2012 I completed my MS degree in Administration from Cal State Bakersfield.

Answer to "Does an approval request can be triggered automatically after a while?"@simbed That is not a current feature of our approvals functionality. Are you looking for a way to trigger the automatic review of guides after a specified time period (e.g. every 12 months)? Would you want the guide to go through an approval process and for a new version to be published? Or would you simply like to track that a user reviewed the guide to ensure it is still accurate?

Answer to "Can a document be uploaded to Dozuki?"Hi Guy, We do support uploading and hosting Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Visio documents. While these file types can be hosted on your Dozuki site, they can’t be viewed. Users will need to download the files to view them. There are a few options that we recommend for making use of your existing documents in Dozuki. (1) Use our Bulk Step Creator to quickly convert your existing documents to Dozuki guides. (2) Save your documents as PDFs and upload them to guides. A PDF can be displayed within a guide by making it a Featured PDF. (3) Use our professional services to convert your existing documents to Dozuki. Please let us know if you need additional help!

Answer to "API calls for changing content structure?"Hi Vojta, Categories can be created using the POST/wikis endpoint. Existing categories can be moved to a new parent category using the PUT/wikis endpoint. Please let us know if you have additional questions about using the Dozuki API.

Answer to "Can I add a flag to a specific step within a guide?"Hi Michael, We do support adding icons at the bullet level within a step. Rather than using a bullet you can choose from 1 of 3 bullet icons. Check out our documentation for more detailed information. Answer to "How do I delete a user"Hi Patrick, User accounts can be disabled by going to your user management page. Go to Manage > Users > User Info. Next to the user's privilege, there is a checkbox to enable/disable the user account. Check out our help documentation for additional details and screenshots.

Answer to "We expect to have 100s of users. How can I view a list of users?"Hi Patrick, You can view a complete list of users on your site by going to Manage > Reports > Dashboards > User Report. This dashboard includes a list of all the users on your site with their email, user role, account create date, last activity date, and last login date.

Answer to "Can we add steps before the prerequisite gides steps?"Hi Robert, Your workaround is how we intended the prerequisite guides feature should work. You can add as many prerequisite guides to your container guide as you require. Check out our help documentation for more tips on how to use prerequisites.

Answer to "Merging multiple guides together?"Hi Phillip, Our prerequisite feature allows you to combine multiple guides together. I would suggest creating what we call a "container guide". The container guide will allow you to pull in all of the individual guides that you would like to combine into one guide. For additional support with setting this up please reach out to support@dozuki.com and we'd be happy to spend some time helping you.
