Release Update: April 2018

Our product team is always making improvements to the Dozuki platform. Take a look at the highlights from the previous quarter (January to March 2018) to see the latest updates.
Cloud
Signoffs (New)
- Allows Authors and Admins to include a reviewer in a worklog session.
- This reviewer can be looking over the shoulder of the operator performing the worklog session (local) or can review pending signoff requests from the comfort of their office (remote). Signoffs have two modes:
- Self Signoff - a user is prompted to enter signoff via their password to confirm the completion of the procedure or collection of steps before being able to continue.
- Team Signoff - a team or working group is authorized to review and approve pending signoff requests from operators.
- If a user is eligible to complete a signoff, they will be visible in that user’s “Pending Signoffs” tab.
Improvements
- Enabled LDAP support for Signoffs.
- Enabled LDAP support for approval stages of a release version.
- Worklog sessions can now be triggered to automatically start with a pre-filled workorderid by adding a trailing “?workorderid=” to the end of the url in Operator View.
- Added additional metadata about users who make changes or updates to uploaded documents.
- Added Request Service feature to Manage interface, allowing customers to receive an instant quote for document conversion and training from Dozuki.
- Added additional checks to ensure complete removal of deleted guides from internal search results.
- Enabled users to specify which step to load in an embedded guide by adding an anchor to the url (ex: www.dozukiSiteName.com/guide/embed/34#s12).
- Added ability to quickly find a user's profile via ural (ex: {dozukisite}.com/User/{username}).
- Added additional metadata to the API about videos hosted on third party sites attached to wikis.
- Added support for Korean language.
- Added a “Clear all media” action back to the Media Manager.
- Added additional data to the /Guides#get-a-guide API endpoint for featured videos.
- Added an option to restart the guide when a user completes a worklog submission within Operator View.
- Wiki API endpoints now accept an optional langid GET parameter.
- Added a new tab component for filtering approvals by status within the approvals interface.
Fixes
- Fixed an auto-restart loop bug when finishing or cancelling a work order that had been triggered with the “?workorderid=” parameter.
- Fixed error on page load when attempting to view the edit page of a guide without proper permissions.
- Fixed javascript errors occurring when a user loads a page in IE 11 and Edge in compatibility view.
- Fixed a minor bug occurring when viewing a “Draft” version of a guide in Operator View caused the page not to load.
- Fixed an issue where the main guide image was distorted when viewed on certain mobile devices.
- Fixed an error when attempting to add markup failed while guide was being edited in a different language than the original guide.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented users from changing the order of steps in a guide.
- Fixed a bug that was preventing multiple images from from being displayed in the .PDF or .CSV report of a data capture session.
