Work Instructions Information missing from Operator View via Mobile

When testing the QR system the QR code sends me to the correct work instruction via however upon testing the work instructor through the operator view all the information and figures disappear, the data capture form at the end functions fine. Can you please advise if there is a setting or step missed that will allow the mobile browser to function correctly.
