Where do I report problems with the website?

I think I found a bug. Where can I report it?

When visiting roos.dozuki.com, I get a "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261900 bytes) in /home/ifixit/Code/Guide/Libs/WikiAreaLib.php on line 189"

I just created a 'Notice', perhaps that is related...
