Hey Nancy, Thanks for reaching out! First things first, I would check the [[Parts of a Guide Page#Section_Access_Control|Privacy settings]] on your guides to see if they’re set to Private or Public. If the guides are set to Private and you want them to be accessible to everyone on your site, then follow the steps in [guide|6694] and publish a new version for the change to take effect.
