Currently, headers have a default color across the site. If you are looking to make all headers across the whole site a different color custom CSS could be developed and applied to modify the text color of a header class, but there is not currently an option to select a different color for a single header on Wiki pages. Alternatively, we do support using hex color codes to color characters and cells within tables. You can learn more about formatting the color in the [[Topic:Tables#Section_Formatting_Color|Formatting Colors Section]] of the Tables Help page.
