Is there an example HTML/Javascript web page with a simple API call?

Looks like I could make a report of annual review dates for guides using the API /GUIDE and /modifiedSince. There’s a lot of code in the API Index. Do you have a simpler API call example in a HTML wrapper?

+ It doesn’t function.  It looks like there’s three external JavaScript packages: JQuery, Underscore and Handlebars.

+ There’s  four rather simple Dozuki JavaScript files.  They don’t seem to work either.

+ I’ve tried different browsers too.

+ I’m pretty sure this worked at one time and something changed.  Any chance on getting it working again?
