Is there a way to prevent single words from being translated?

All of our machines have button labels in English. Examples would be START or RESET SAFETY. It is critical for our guides to always show the English label no matter the language[br]

Is there a way to keep a word/phrase from being translated when using the machine translator? The phrase
[quote]Press the START button[/quote]
should be translated in Spanish to
[quote]Presione el botón START[/quote]
Using the translation glossary is out of the question. We have too many labels and we still need the words to translate outside of labels.
