I had reached out previously regarding this same issue and was given a link to our site's list of Tags. Apparently it was hiding out in some Admin page that I am still to this day completely unable to find/access. The email containing the link has also mysteriously disappeared from my Outlook.... Our group really wants to get our tags cleaned up as well so hopefully there's a solution for this.
