Cannot access duplicated guide

I duplicated a guide but whenever I try and access the guide (which I can only find in File Explorer) I get a Dozuki error page saying there is a problem with the server application...

Hi Emma,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our development team has been alerted and they are working to fix the issue immediately. We recommend not using the Guide Duplicator at this time, but we expect the solution to resolve this issue within the business day today.
