Costa Farms is one of the largest horticultural growers in the world, with operations across the U.S. and Dominican Republic. They grow and distribute more than 1,500 plant varieties, serving retailers nationwide from over 9 production sites.

Their workforce spans English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole speakers, with thousands of seasonal and full-time employees managing climate-sensitive, high-velocity production.

As operations scaled, Costa needed a better way to standardize work across geographies, eliminate paperwork delays, and deliver real-time guidance to the frontline in the language they understand best.

Before Dozuki, SOPs were scattered, some in binders, some on SharePoint, some not documented at all.
