Preserving Expertise, Proving It Happened
Knowledge is useful the moment it's captured.
But it’s profitable the moment someone can actually follow it.
Dozuki can now generate short video snippets for individual guide steps, preserving the movement and timing that a photo alone can't communicate. And a new Course Record PDF consolidates everything about a worker's training into one audit-ready document, so proving compliance is no longer a scavenger hunt across multiple reports. One makes the standard clearer to follow. The other makes it easier to prove someone did.
Show the Movement, Not Just the Position

A photo can show where a component ends up. It can't show how it got there: the twist, the pressure, the exact moment a latch clicks into place. An experienced operator does all of that without thinking about it. A new operator, looking at a single still image, is often left guessing at what happened between one position and the next.
Dozuki Industrial AI can now generate short video snippets for individual guide steps, pulled directly from the same source video an author already uploaded. Instead of choosing between a static photo and a full unedited video, Dozuki decides, step by step, when motion actually matters, and attaches a short clip right where it's needed, playable inline without ever leaving the guide.
It makes that call by reading the source video for real signals: explicit cues from the narrator ("mark this," "slow motion here"), motion-based language ("twist," "insert," "release"), context that implies timing, force, or sound matter, and emphasis phrases like "watch closely" or "you should feel this." Authors still review and edit everything Dozuki generates before publishing. This doesn't remove judgment from the process, it just removes the manual work of finding, trimming, and attaching clips one by one.
- Preserves motion, timing, and technique that a still image can't capture.
- Removes the manual work of editing and attaching individual video clips.
- Lets operators play the exact relevant moment inline, without leaving the guide.
- Especially valuable for changeovers, maintenance procedures, and safety-critical steps where sequence and force matter.
This is Dozuki Knowledge Management doing something a written SOP alone never could: capturing not just what an expert does, but how they actually do it. Before that detail is lost to turnover or retirement.
One Document, Not a Scavenger Hunt
An auditor asks for proof that a specific employee completed a specific course, on time, with a passing score, signed off by the right person. Until now, answering that meant pulling from more than one place (a completion export here, a quiz result there, a sign-off buried in a different report) and assembling it all into something presentable, under time pressure, while the auditor waits.
The new Course Record PDF consolidates all of that into a single, printable document: user and course details, assignment and completion dates, stage-by-stage completion history, quiz and assessment results, sign-off information, and any associated data capture responses. It's generated directly from a user's course completion view, in a consistent format every time. No more assembling a custom answer for every audit request.
- Generates a complete, audit-ready training record in one action, not a manual compilation.
- Standardizes the format across every user and every course.
- Gives HR, Compliance, and Quality teams a fast answer when an audit, investigation, or documentation request comes in.
- Lets supervisors confirm a worker's training status before signing off on a task, not after.
This extends Dozuki Learning Pathways past just tracking who finished a course. It closes the loop on training the same way the platform already closes the loop on work: not just doing it, but being able to prove it, instantly, whenever someone asks.
A Connected System for Frontline Performance
These updates represent two connected parts of the Dozuki platform.
Knowledge Management gets richer, preserving the physical detail of expert technique instead of losing it to a static image.
Learning Pathways gets more provable, turning scattered training records into a single, trustworthy answer.
The result is knowledge that's both clearer to follow and easier to stand behind. Whether the person asking is a new operator on the floor or an auditor at the door.
That is the Dozuki Edge.
