Effective communication is a pillar in optimizing the performance of your frontline. The success of every person on the floor hinges on staying 'in the know' with the latest changes to your standards.
Today we're releasing a feature that ensures every worker is given the ability to view what has changed in a Guide, since the last time they viewed it. We call it Change Aware and it is a major upgrade to Document Control in Dozuki.
Here is a brief walkthrough of how Change Aware works:
With this new functionality, anytime a new version of a Guide is released, Dozuki shows the operator what has changed and asks them to acknowledge that they've seen these changes. This acknowledgement is recorded for compliance purposes.
How to Get Change Aware
Change Aware is currently available for Early Access. If you would like to have it enabled on your site, please reach out directly to your Customer Success Representative.
Once we have enabled it for your site, Change Aware can be found within the Manage section of your Dozuki installation. You can enable it via "Manage > Configuration > Guides" as seen in the following screenshot:
