Emergency Assistance Program (EAP)

We are hearing a lot from our partners about the challenge of keeping manufacturing and industrial operations running safely and smoothly in the midst of a global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. To best serve our industry, we decided to do our part and offer them the support they need to continue operations while protecting the health of their workforce.

Our Emergency Assistance Program (EAP) provides impacted businesses, essential businesses, and those switching to medical supply production access to Dozuki software free for three months. If your operations are in one these groups we encourage you to apply.

Who is the EAP for?

The program is for severely impacted industrial and manufacturing businesses and those switching operations to produce much needed medical supplies. Manufacturers have been the key to our success, and this is the time for us to do what we can to pay you back in a time of need. We are standing by to facilitate a rapid on boarding for those in need, but our resources are finite. Please consider this when applying for the Dozuki Emergency Assistance Program.

 

What does the program cover?

EAP covers one Dozuki site with our full suite of basic site features for three (3) months. Our Services team is available to assist with converting your five (5) documents (up to 40 pages) onto your site to get you started quickly, this service is available as our capacity allows.

 

How does the program work?

  1. Apply for the EAP on the form below
  2. Our team will review your application
  3. We will reach out to applicants directly (via email) with next steps
  4. Our team works one-on-one with accepted applicants to get their sites setup
  5. Our services team will be available to help with select conversion projects to help get your content imported into Dozuki

  • The Program extends free service for three months from the beginning of initial service date. Extensions can be granted, as we understand the situation is changing rapidly. 
  • Dozuki reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
  • Dozuki reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
