Getting Started

Does Dozuki offer online demos or webinars?

Yes, we do! Contact our team to get a personalized demo of Dozuki.

I have a lot of documentation, how can I migrate to Dozuki?

We offer customized services for our customers to help your transition be as easy as possible. Services include document conversion, on-site training, remote training, standard support hours, and more.

What kind of support does Dozuki provide?

Our standard support hours are Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p PST. We also offer extended support for our enhanced plans, contact us to learn more.

Can I sign up for a trial?

We provide a 30-day trial for $99. This includes training, support, and the conversion of two of your existing documents. Learn more about our trial offerings.

Can Dozuki integrate with my existing ERP and MES systems?

Yes. We offer custom development to help you integrate with any systems your company relies on.

Dozuki Plans

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We keep things simple. Most plans are month-to-month and clients can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but won’t be billed again.

Do you offer special plans for open source projects?

Yes, our Open Source plans are specifically designed for community projects that are publicly available & Creative Commons licensed. Some of our current open source community customers include iFixit, Hexbright, and Open Source Ecology.

Technical Specifications

What do I need to install Dozuki?

Nothing! Dozuki is a hosted service, so you don’t install anything.

We host your site on our secure servers and take care of all security and software updates. We handle the heavy lifting, so you can focus on what you do best.

Does Dozuki offer a locally hosted solution?

Yes, we can provide a locally hosted Dozuki instance for your company. Contact our sales team to learn more about this offering.

What web browsers work with Dozuki?

We support the three most recent versions of every major browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 (with partial support for 7 and 8).

Who owns the data I put on my Dozuki site?

You do. Dozuki has no ownership over your site’s content.

Do you make backups of my data? How long do you keep backups for?

Yes, at least four times a day. In case of an emergency, we keep backup copies dating back two years.

Will Dozuki access my private content?

Only if you specifically ask us to—or for rare debugging purposes. We’ll ask you every time.

How secure is my online documentation?

Very. With Dozuki, your proprietary content is highly secure. Our platform has been battle tested by countless IT security specialists and millions of users around the world.

We even offer advanced security features—like Single Sign-On, IP Whitelisting capabilities that restrict user access by location, and our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with industry-standard 256-bit encryption.
